双堆集镇位于淮北市濉溪县东南部，地处解河、浍河中游之间，是举世闻名的淮海战役的主战场之一。全境南北长22.6公里，东西宽18.2公里，总面积244.5平方公里，全镇系坦荡的平原。全镇现有耕地面积26万亩，人口近10万人，辖23个行政村， 384个自然庄，是淮北市唯一一个纯农业大镇。
