双嘧达莫（Dipyridamole，中华药典名：二吡待摩，商品名潘生丁Persantine），是一种扩张冠脉及抗血栓形成的药物。主要用于缺血性心脏病及中风，也少量用于其他疾病的治疗。副作用可有头痛、眩晕、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应； 与肝素合用可引起出血倾向；偶发皮疹，冠状动脉盗血现象。主要的药品有三种：双嘧达莫注射液，双嘧达莫缓释胶囊和双嘧达莫片。早年曾是治疗冠心病的常用药物，现已少用作抗心肌缺血。其抗血小板聚集作用可用于心脏手术或瓣膜置换术，可减少血栓栓塞的形成。
