双合成始创于1838年，是山西食品业的著名品牌企业。是著名的“中华老字号”。清道光18年（公元1838年） 李善勤、张德仁在河北省井陉县横口镇西街创建食品店，取“和气生财，二人合作，必能成功”之意，商号叫双合成。它将有一百多年发展历史的“中国味道、山西特色、双合成特质”的食品文化，演化为一个庞大的产品体系，即中式系列、西式系列、娘家系列、感恩月饼系列、喜庆系列、文化主题系列6大产品类别。在全国范围内建立了自己的营销网络，成为中国北方消费者信赖的、在中国很有影响力的食品生产企业。
