原糖又称粗糖或二号糖,是指以甘蔗、甜菜榨糖取汁,经过简单的过滤、澄清,通过沸腾浓缩、煮炼结晶、离心分蜜,制成的带有一层糖蜜,不供直接食用、作为精炼糖厂再加工用的原料糖。 经过捣碎干燥后研磨生成的甘蔗原糖是可以直接食用的,虽然其甘甜度、颗粒大小和均匀程度以及色泽均不及经过结晶处理的其他糖(如白糖等),但具有保持甘蔗原有特点,富含多种矿物质成分,柔美湿润,非常有益于身体健康。
