原敬(はら たかし，安政3年1856年二月九日-1921年11月4日)，号一山，是日本的政治家、第19任日本首相(1918年9月29日-1921年11月4日)。岩手郡本宫村（即现在岩手县的盛冈市）出生。历任递相、内相、内阁总理大臣。打破萨长藩阀政治，成为日本第一位平民出身的首相，组织日本第一次的政党内阁，但是在任内被暗杀。
