压光机是用于提高纸面光泽度的设备，压光上光工艺的一种。印刷品表面经过涂布后，待上光层干燥，若需再次提高上光涂层的平滑度和光泽度，可经压光机压光。一般上光的的光泽度在65-85%左右，压光后可以达到90-95%以上的光泽度。
