单采血小板是用血液成分单采机采集来自一个献血者的血小板,含有的血小板数量至少在2.5×10^11以上。每份单采血小板约相当于8-10袋常规浓缩血小板的总量。单采血小板储存在一个专门的保存袋中,以便增加血小板储存时与气体交换的表面积。储存温度20-24℃,振荡保存24小时至5天(根据所用保存液的不同)。与浓缩血小板比较,单采血小板最大的优点是相对安全,受血者只需要接受一个献血者的血小板即可达到治疗量,可以降低发生HLA同种免疫反应和输血传染病的风险几率。
