单纹孔（simple pit）是指细胞的次生壁加厚过程中，所形成的纹孔腔在朝着细胞腔的一面保持一定的宽度。单纹孔多存在于轴向薄壁细胞、射线薄壁细胞等薄壁细胞壁上。
