协同理论（synergetics）亦称“协同学”或“协和学”，是20世纪70年代以来在多学科研究基础上逐渐形成和发展起来的一门新兴学科，是系统科学的重要分支理论。其创立者是联邦德国斯图加特大学教授、著名物理学家哈肯（Hermann Haken）。1971年他提出协同的概念，1976年系统地论述了协同理论，发表了《协同学导论》，还著有《高等协同学》等。
