华海，原名戚华海，毕业于扬州大学，现居岭南，生态诗歌倡导者。已出版《生态诗境》、《当代生态诗歌》 、《华海生态诗抄》、《敞开绿色之门》、《一个人走》、《燃烧的眼睛》等著作。2008年5月在清远召开“生态与诗歌暨华海生态诗歌国际学术研讨会”。
