区域法(zonal method)又称“段法”，是H.C.Hottel等于1958年创立的，它是研究高温热交换场的一种离散数学模型方法。由于它的模拟精度高于其他同类数模，所以是工业炉和其它热设备设计研究和离线分析较好的工具。近些年，随着计算机和计算机技术的发展，区域法的理论研究和应用研究发展十分迅速。
