北仑港，是宁绍平原东端港口，位处浙江省陆地最东端，地理坐标介于北纬29°44′至30°00′，东经121°38′45″至121°10′23″之间。沿海海域有金塘港、穿山港、峙头洋、梅山港等，港湾棋布大小岛屿。 北仑港区廓呈长方形，由西北向东南倾斜，东西长52公里（两端最长处），南北宽29公里（两端最宽处），海岸线全长约171.2公里（含大榭岛环岛海岸线21公里）。
