北京科兴是由北大未名集团深圳科兴生物工程股份有限公司、唐山怡安生物工程有限公司、香港华鼎药业有限公司合资组建的生物高科技企业。于2001年在北京市中关村科技园注册成立，注册资本1亿元人民币，公司投资总额1.5亿元人民币。
