化药，中药名。为鳞毛蕨科植物大羽贯众Cyrtomium macrophyllum (Makino) Tagawa的根茎。具有清热解毒，活血止血，驱虫之功效。用于烧烫伤，崩漏，带下，跌打损伤，蛔虫病。

目的：探讨药历的基本概念、基本内容、基本类型、适用范围、临床意义及规范化药历的建立。
