包银亦称“包垛银”。中国元代征收的一种科差。蒙古太宗时源于真定路 (今河北境内)，后逐渐在中原各地推广。初规定中原汉民户纳银6两，至蒙占宪宗五年 (1255年) 减为4两，其中，2两征银，2两折收物品。后世祖时统改征银为征钞。包银制在江南推广，系在元世祖平定江南后；对散民郡县回族户包银的征收 (户2两)，系在仁宗延佑七年(1320年) 四月始。
