动态硫化是指将橡胶与不能硫化的热塑性聚合物如PP、PVC、PA等树脂在高温，高剪切的混合器中熔融共混，在交联剂的作用下将橡胶硫化，得到大约尺寸在微米级别的微粒硫化橡胶相，并均匀的分散于树脂中，非常稳定，在加工过程中不会发生物性变化。如EPDM/PP、NBR/HPVC、ACM/PA等等。
