动圈（Dynamic）是耳机的一种换能模式，多数（大约60%以上）的耳机耳塞都属此类，原理类似于普通的音箱，处于永磁场中的线圈与振膜相连，线圈在信号电流驱动下带动振膜发声。
常见的唱头是动磁（Moving Magnet）和动圈（Moving Coil），MC的通常比较贵，输出的讯号也通常比较低，所以MC唱头放大器的放大倍侓比较高。
