加速电压，是指离开栅极一定距离，有一个中心有孔的阳极，在阳极和阴极间加有一个很高的正电压，称为加速电压。它使电子束加速而获得能量，加速电压的范围在1~30kV，其值越大，电子束能量越大，反之亦然。
