加速电压,是指离开栅极一定距离,有一个中心有孔的阳极,在阳极和阴极间加有一个很高的正电压,称为加速电压。它使电子束加速而获得能量,加速电压的范围在1~30kV,其值越大,电子束能量越大,反之亦然。
