《劝农》是晋宋之际文学家陶潜的诗作。此诗劝勉人们重视和从事农业劳动，共分六章：第一章写上古先民的朴素生活；第二章写古代圣君贤臣皆自躬耕，十分重视农业劳动；第三章写古代农业生产的繁荣景象和劳作者勤苦而自逸的生活；第四章写即使贤达之人也勤作于农田之中，众人更不可游手好闲；第五章旨在劝勤勉而戒懒惰；第六章说孔子、董仲舒专心学业，不事农耕的行为高不可攀，借以批评那些既不劳作又不进德修业的人。
发端于前代的劝农制度，至宋代已经相当完备。
