副脾（accessory spleen）指正常脾以外存在的、与主脾结构相似，有一定功能的脾组织，发生率超过10%～30%。副脾多位于脾门附近，约1/4位于脾蒂血管及胰尾周围，呈深紫色球形或半球形，大小从数毫米至数厘米不等。
