  论文基于国际大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,进行某装载机前车架在典型工况下的应力分析,得到在各工作状态下的整体应力分布,在此基础上研究前车架的自动化强度、刚度参数化计算方法;最后通过理论研究、实际使用效果对比,研究装载机前车架的设计思想和计算关键技术,为装载机前车架的设计提供理论依据,以达到缩短设计周期,大幅度提高经济效益的目的。
