刷新速度是指GPS设备安装好以后，在接收GPS卫星发送来的信息时多长时间刷新一次，以便取得最新的定位信息。一般安装完毕，每1秒刷新一次这样就可以了，这样所得到的定位信息几乎是实时的。
刷新速度(refresh rate) 扫描一帧的速度称为刷新速度,也可称为帧率或垂直扫描速度。刷新速度决定显示疑号的异步以及屏幕的闪灼环境。
