目的研究板蓝根在不同制备工艺条件下得到的多糖对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of Radix Isatidis polysaccharides produced by different preparation technologies on proliferation function of mouse splenic lymphocyte.
用水提醇沉法提取南瓜藤蔓中多糖，对该制备过程中双氧水脱色工艺条件进行研究。
Polysaccharide of pumpkin's stems and leaves was extracted with water and ethanol, and study the condition of decoloring process.
结论：用本实验工艺成功制备了分枝杆菌多糖，制备物具有刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的作用。
Conclusion: Mycobacterium polysaccharides are successfully prepared by this method and they can stimulate the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocytes.
