方法十四例患者在初戴义齿一个月后，再安放磁性固位体并分别测得其安放磁性固位体前、后的咀嚼效能值。
Method a month after trying in the new dentures, the masticatory efficiency of 14 patients were tested before and after setting the magnetic attachments.
初戴全口义齿经过修改后临床效果得到了显著的改善，旧义齿修改前后临床效果提高不明显，必须重新制作或通过外科手术方法来改善。
Through the repair, the new dentures' clinical result have improved, the old dentures' clinical result haven't a obviously improvement, it must make a new one or have a surgical operation.
