刘本（？－1420年），玉田（今属河北省）人，明朝政治人物、进士。 洪武二十七年（1394年），刘本中式甲戌科三甲第四名进士。后历任陕西布政使，有所政绩。后因为人廉明刚正获罪，降任交趾参政。后因讨伐陈季扩、简定等有功劳，升任山东按察使。 工诗词，存有《云泉集》。
与南宋初浙刻本相较，刘本增加了二十余条浙本原来没有的注解，能够帮助正确理解原文，亦可帮助考查《管子》注的传播源流。
