刑事判决是指审判机关对刑事案件的被告人是否有罪，犯了何罪，应否处以刑罚，处于何神刑罚等实体问题所作出的裁决。分为有罪判决和无罪判决。前者确认被告人有罪井处以相应刑罚，后者确认被告人无罪或依法不再追究其刑事责任。
