切割伤是指皮肤、皮下组织或深层组织受到玻片、刀刃等锐器划割而发生破损裂伤。伤口比较整齐，面积小，但出血较多，少数伤口的边缘组织因有破碎而比较粗糙，严重者可切断肌肉、神经、大血管等，甚至使肢体离断。
