出溶（exsolution）又称离溶、脱溶、解溶。由单一均匀相的固溶体离解为彼此不同的两种或两种以上结晶相的过程。在此过程中,应无物质的带入和带出,亦即化学体系的总成分应无变化。一般情况下,出溶是由于温度下降或压力增大,使固溶体的溶解度减小,达到过饱和而发生的。例如高温下结晶的钾 钠长石固溶体,在低温下即发生出溶,形成钾长石与钠长石两种结晶相的规则交生,成为条纹长石。由出溶所形成的规则交生的结构称为出溶结构；相应的矿物共生现象则称为出溶共生。
