出口收汇核销单，是由外汇局制发、出口单位凭以向海关出口报关、向外汇指定银行办理出口收汇、向外汇局办理出口收汇核销、向税务机关办理出口退税申报的有统一编号及使用期限的凭证。
出口企业应在2001年9月1日前将未使用的旧版出口收汇核销单送回外汇局注销。
The export enterprises shall, before September 1, 2001, send the old version instruments to the foreign exchange administrations for crossing off.
海关在审核出口货物报关手续时，应按照本通知的规定，确定出口单位申报的出口货物是否需要验核出口收汇核销单。
