协议方可以不适用本公约，或在满足第19条的条件下，减损本公约的任何规定或改变其效力。
The parties may exclude the application of this Convention or, subject to article 19, derogate from or vary the effect of any of its provisions.
达不成协议，共有的不动产或者动产可以分割并且不会因分割减损价值的，应当对实物予以分割；
If they fail to reach an agreement, and the immovables or movables owned by them can be severed and its value will not be reduced because of such severance, the actual property shall be severed;
