冷疗（cold therapy），利用低于体温的介质接触人体，使之降温以治疗疾病的方法。它与冷冻疗法的区别在于，它所加于人体的低温不会造成组织细胞的损伤。短暂较深的低温可以兴奋神经系统，过长则作用相反；冷作用于局部可使血管收缩，继而扩张，有利于改善局部循环；冷使呼吸加深，临床用于高烧、软组织损伤早期、神经官能症；也常用于保健，提高机体抵抗力。
