中药学术语。指某些汤剂根据病情需要应冷却后服用。如治疗热盛的寒凉剂，冷服可增加清热效果。又如治疗寒盛的温热剂，冷有可防止寒热格拒，起到反佐作用。《金匮要略·禽兽鱼虫禁忌并治》：“凡煮药饮汁，以解毒者，虽云救急，不可热饮，诸毒病得热更甚，宜冷饮之。”解毒药亦以冷服为宜。
服药方法：请各位患者看清说明，须饭后服用的要饭后15—30分钟以后服用，中药汤剂不可冷服，加热后服。
Method of taking medicine: Please read the description carefully. Take it 15-30 minutes after meals. Reheat it since herbal medicine cannot be taken cool.
