冲门，经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名慈宫、上慈宫。属足太阴脾经。足太阴、厥阴之会。在腹股沟外侧，距耻骨联合上缘中点3.5寸，当髂外动脉搏动处的外侧。布有股神经，内侧为股动脉。主治腹痛，疝气，小便淋沥，尿闭，带下，产后血崩等。直刺0.5-1寸，避开血管。艾条灸5-10分钟。
