冬不拉又名东不拉、东布拉，是北亚和中亚地区的哈萨克族的传统弹拨乐器，在哈萨克斯坦、蒙古、俄罗斯西伯利亚地区以及中国新疆、中国东北大兴安岭地区的哈萨克族、鄂伦春族中尤其流行。 其音箱是用松木或桦木制成，或扁平或瓢形，琴杆细长，上面有8—10个品位，两根丝弦或钢丝弦，可奏出三至八度的和音。
