浇注系统是铸型中液态金属进入型腔的通道之总称,基本组元有:浇口杯、直浇道、直浇道窝、横浇道和内浇道。内浇道是液态金属进入铸型型腔的最后一段通道,主要作用:控制金属液充填铸型的速度和方向,调节铸型各部分的温度和铸件的凝固顺序,并对铸件有一定的补缩作用。可以有单个也可以设计多个内浇道。
浇道位置为环形浇道,横浇道设计成扁梯形横浇道,内浇道截面面积根据公式求取。
