内标法（Internal Standard Method）是将一定重量的纯物质作为内标物（参见内标物条）加到一定量的被分析样品混合物中，然后对含有内标物的样品进行色谱分析，分别测定内标物和待测组分的峰面积（或峰高）及相对校正因子，按公式即可求出被测组分在样品中的百分含量。内标法是色谱分析中一种比较准确的定量方法，尤其在没有标准物对照时，此方法更显其优越性。
