内勤是指部门内部的“勤务兵”，归属办公室工作，与“外勤”相对，它是领导的参谋，干部的后勤，有时也可与“后勤”混用。也就是说，除要干好自己的本职工作外，还要协助领导完成一些必要的工作，努力做好领导的参谋助手。
