内书，是指用一种特殊勾制形状的笔，伸到鼻烟壶或相似容器内，进行书写的一种书法形式。它源于纸上书法，而又难于纸上书法。晚清内画名家马少宣即已经开始内书的创作，到了当代已经发展为一种成熟的书法艺术形式。 自当代以内书家一丁开始，创作了书体各异的大量内书作品，不断完善内书艺术的各个方面，使之成为一种独特的书法艺术形式，而独立于中华民族艺术之林。
