结核病是由结核杆菌引起的慢性传染病，可累及全身多个脏器，但以肺结核最为常见。排菌病人是社会传染源。人体感染结核菌后不一定发病，仅于抵抗力低落时方始发病。典型肺结核起病缓渐，病程经过较长，有低热、乏力、食欲不振、咳嗽和少量咯血。但多数患者病灶轻微，常无明显症状，经X线健康检查始被发现；有些患者以突然咯血才被发现，但在病程中可追溯到轻微的毒性症状。
目的：分析不典型肺结核CT表现，并探讨其CT诊断价值。
Purpose: To analyze the CT features of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis and determine its value.
材料与方法：回顾性分析23例不典型肺结核的X线表现特征。
Materials and Methods:Retrospective analysis of 23 cases of typical X-ray characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis.
目的：探讨不典型肺结核的影像学表现特点，以期提高其正确诊断率。
