共轭节理(Conjugate joints)是指岩石受剪切应力破裂形成的裂隙。属于剪切节理的一种。共轭解理又称X型节理,理论上应变椭球体的两组最大剪切面的夹角为90°,在两组剪切面上同时发育两组剪切节理,故称为共轭节理。实际上,共轭节理的交角并不呈90°,而且两组节理发育程度也不平衡。
