六氯乙烷（Hexachloroethane）又名六氯化碳，是一种有机物，用作有机合成的原料，铝及其合金的脱气剂（CAS号：67-72-1 ），是氯代烃中毒性最大的一种，对人的中枢神经有毒害作用。 2017年10月27日，世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考，六氯乙烷在2B类致癌物清单中。
