凡是在出生后至第四周内诊断的白血病称为先天性白血病。患者出生时皮肤表现最为常见，约50％的病例除紫癜外，常有0.2-0.3cm的白血病结节。肝脾肿大外，呼吸困难较为多见，细胞类型以非淋巴细胞型多于淋巴细胞型。多数患儿在诊断后数天至数月内死于呼吸衰竭。
方法回顾性分析17例文献报道的先天性白血病自然缓解的特点。
