元则（495~525年），字庆礼，河南洛阳人。北魏宗室大臣，明元帝拓跋嗣玄孙，大宗正卿元绪第二子。 个性聪敏，为人孝悌。宣武帝延昌三年，拜中兵参军，辅佐平东将军、齐州刺史。 孝明帝孝昌元年，去世，时年三十一，葬于景陵之东北。
