十二刺法的一种。用於治疗慢性风湿。刺法是在患部直刺和傍刺各一针（《灵枢·官针篇》）。 方法 先在所取腧穴直刺一针，再在近旁斜向加刺一针，使两针并列，故名傍针刺。 临床应用 主要用治疗痛痹，如风湿性肌炎、软组织损伤、神经性头痛等。
