【修正会】 日本佛教用语。略称修正。为日本佛教各寺院每年正月举行纠正旧年恶习、祈祷吉祥之法会。起源于天长四年（827）东西寺举行之药师法悔过七日会，或谓源自神护景云二年（768）圣武天皇于诸国国分寺举行之悔过法会。平安中期之后，盛行于诸大寺。法会会期一般为七日，然亦因时因地而有所差异；诸大寺一般皆与追傩式（驱逐疫鬼之仪式）一并举行。
