保湿是指皮肤的保湿。当空气温度降低时，皮肤角质层不能及时调节足够的保湿因子，油脂腺活跃度下降，脸上油脂、水分下降，皮肤会出现紧绷现象、甚至在眼下及鼻旁出现细纹，通过使用具有相应效果的护肤、养肤品，滋润皮肤并防止肌肤蒸发、改善微循环，增强肌肤湿润度的过程，就叫保湿，最好的保湿就是肌肤与补水产品的良性互动。
