俄罗斯岛（俄语：Остров Русский）是日本海彼得大帝湾内的一个岛屿，隔东博斯普鲁斯海峡与海参崴所在的穆拉维约夫-阿穆尔半岛分开。地理坐标为42°59′59″N 131°49′58″E。该岛南北长约18公里，东西宽13公里。该岛属俄罗斯滨海边疆区管辖。 1992年，四名驻扎岛上的士兵饿死，另外数十人遭受饥饿的痛苦。他们的指挥官几个月没有向他们发送口粮的问题成为俄罗斯全国性的丑闻。
俄罗斯岛面积远大于海参葳，但现在那里只有三个贫穷的村庄和一个军事据点。
