供求规律（Law of supply-demand），指商品的供求关系与价格变动之间的相互制约的必然性，它是商品经济的规律，商品的供给和需求之间存在着一定的比例关系，其基础是生产某种商品的社会劳动量必须与社会对这种商品的需求量相适应。供求关系就是供给和需求的对立统一。供求规律就是供求关系变化的基本法则。
