乙方应按本合同规定合法使用该房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质。乙方不得在该房屋内存放危险物品。
Party B will use the premises lawfully according to this contract without changing the nature of the premises and storing hazardous materials in it.
乙方使用的自来水费按实结算，每月支付甲方。
The charge of water is settled and paid to the actual usage each month.
乙方保有产品质量追溯的权利，当乙方在使用甲方产品的过程中，有质量事故时，乙方有追溯的权利。
Party B shall retain the right to trace back the product quality, if quality accident happens while Part B is using the product of Party A, Party B shall have the right to trace back.
