何中（1265～1332），字太虚，一字养正。元初文学家、诗人、学者。抚州乐安（今江西省乐安县）人。南宋末年进士，因社会动乱，曾隐居乡间，致力古学。藏书万卷，手自校勘。其学弘深赅博，对《易经》、《书经》有深入研究，广平程钜夫，清河元明善，柳城姚燧，东平王构，同郡吴澄、揭傒斯，皆推服之，何中独无意仕途，以布衣讲学终老。至顺二年（1331），江西行省平章全岳柱聘其为龙兴路东湖书院、宗濂书院山长。次年六月，以疾卒，年六十八。
